To Our Valued Patients:
During these stressful times of the Coronavirus pandemic, we know how important it is for patients to have access to their doctors.
We want you to know that we are open DAILY to see patients. We are following all updated CDC guidelines and are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of both our patients and staff.
To further protect our patients, our entire staff is fully vaccinated.
We carefully prescreen all patients multiple times prior to the patient entering the office to be sure they do not have any symptoms related to COVID19.
We sanitize the exam rooms with approved disinfectants after each patient is seen and common areas are sanitized several times per day.
We are calling patients who wish to wait in their car to avoid contact with any other patient.
We ask minor patients or patients requiring a caregiver to accompany them, to limit the person accompanying them to 1 person who is also prescreened.
Every person must enter our office with a face mask covering their nose and mouth. No one is permitted without a mask.
Hand sanitizer is provided upon entering and exiting our office.
We have added HEPA air purifiers in each exam room.
Additionally we now can offer Telehealth services including Virtual check-ins, e-Visits and Telemedicine via Skype and other platforms to continue to care for you remotely when needed.
Our thoughts are with all who have been impacted by the virus.

DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES VISION TEST REPORT
We are offering vision testing by appointment along with completion of DMV Vision Test Report for patients who are experiencing scheduling conflicts for annual appointments, as well as patients who do not wish to have their vision test performed at DMV.
There is a $25 charge for a vision test along with completion of DMV Vision Test Report for patients who must renew their driver's license.
As always, we will happily complete the form at no charge for our patients who have had an exam in our office during the past year.
